Precautions for safe operation of construction elevator

(I) the following precautions should be paid attention to during the operation of construction elevator:

5. The operator shall closely cooperate with the commander and operate according to the command signal. The operator shall not leave the post before the main power supply of the elevator is cut off

6. In case of any abnormal condition of the machine during the operation of the lifting cage, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue the operation after troubleshooting

7. When the elevator drops 13.2% year-on-year to the top and bottom, it is strictly forbidden to use the travel limit switch to automatically stop instead of the normal operation switch

8. The elevator should stop running in heavy rain, fog and strong wind above level 6, lower the cage to the bottom, cut off the power supply, and check all safety devices of the elevator when it is reopened

9. After the operation of the elevator, the cage should be lowered to the bottom floor, each control switch should be turned to zero, the power supply should be cut off, the electrical box and power box should be locked, and the cage door and fence door should be closed before the driver can leave

(II) construction elevator operation

1. Turn on the main power supply on the ground fence power box

2. Load personnel or materials according to the rated load indicated on the nameplate of the cage

3. Closing makes it impossible to push the tight fence door, cage door and top door

4. Turn the handle of the main limit switch on the transmission plate to the middle position

5. Turn the handle of the operation switch to the required running direction (indicated by the arrow), and the lifting cage can be started

6. When the cage reaches the required floor, loosen the handle, the handle will point to the zero position, and the cage will stop running

7. When installing, disassembling or maintaining the elevator, turn the knot adding/running switch on the cage top control panel to the knot adding position, and operate on the cage top

8. When the high-speed construction elevator passes through the speed change bump without speed change, it must be manually changed immediately, that is, the operating handle must be placed to the low-speed first gear or zero position until it stops to check whether the limit switch is normal and whether the installation position of the speed change bump is correct. During normal operation, you should also pay attention to controlling the running speed. Only when the travel is far enough can you drive to high speed, that is, the handle is turned to a larger angle position. When the hanging cage is about to reach the full digital adjustment destination that realizes the data collection and control process, turn the handle to the low gear to reduce the speed and then stop to ensure accurate positioning. When the floor is not high and the journey is not far, the operator must control the running speed at low or medium speed according to the actual situation to ensure safety and accurate positioning
